To insert music into PowerPoint, follow these steps:

1. Open the PowerPoint presentation and go to the slide where you want to add music.
2. Click on the "Insert" tab in the ribbon.
3. Click on "Audio" and select "Audio on My PC" if you have the music file saved on your computer. If the file is stored in OneDrive or other cloud storage, select "Audio from Cloud Storage".
4. Navigate to the folder where your music file is stored and select the file you want to use.
5. Once the music file is inserted, you will see a small speaker icon on the slide. You can click on it to preview the music.
6. You can customize the playback options by clicking on the "Playback" tab in the ribbon. You can choose to start the music automatically or when clicked, loop the music, fade in and out, and more.
7. If you want the music to play across multiple slides, click on the "Transitions" tab and check the "Apply to All Slides" option under the "Sound" section.
8. Save your presentation.

That's it! You have successfully added music to your PowerPoint presentation.

To insert a video into PowerPoint, please follow these steps:

1. Open the PowerPoint presentation and select the slide where you want to insert the video.
2. Click on the "Insert" tab in the ribbon menu.
3. Click on the "Video" drop-down menu in the "Media" section and select "Video on My PC" or "Online Video" depending on where your video is located.
4. If you choose "Video on My PC," browse your computer to locate the video file and select it. If you choose "Online Video," you can search for the video you want to insert or paste the embed code of the video.
5. Once you've selected the video, click "Insert."
6. By default, the video will be inserted in the center of the slide. You can drag the video to move it to a different location.
7. To adjust the video size, click on the video, and then drag the sizing handles that appear on the edges of the video.
8. To play the video during the slideshow, select the video and then click on the "Playback" tab in the ribbon menu. From there, you can choose to play the video automatically or when clicked, and adjust other playback settings.

That's it! You have now successfully inserted a video into your PowerPoint presentation.
