To create scrolling text in PowerPoint, you can follow these steps:

1. Open PowerPoint and create a new slide.
2. Click on the "Insert" tab and select "Text Box".
3. Draw a text box on the slide.
4. Type the text you want to scroll in the text box.
5. Click on the "Animations" tab.
6. Select the text box you just created and click on the "Add Animation" button.
7. From the list of animations, choose the "Credits" animation.
8. Customize the animation settings by clicking on the "Effect Options" button.
9. In the "Effect Options" dialog box, adjust the duration and direction of the animation as desired.
10. Preview the animation by clicking on the "Preview" button.
